Swarm is a group of street medics based in Southeast Michigan who provide physical and mental healthcare both on and off the streets.

Although many cultures and traditions have relied on community-based health practitioners, street medics as many people know them were used by the Black Panthers, American Indian Movement, the Civil Rights Movement, and more. Today, street medics operate in many cities and communities across the world, and a variety of political movements and protests.

By sharing information and skills, we seek to empower all people and communities to understand, access, and direct their own health and wellness. We do this work in support of social movements that fight for liberation and justice.

Your support provides us with the supplies we need for our work, and helps ensure that we can provide the best possible care. It also helps us continue our training and expand our skillsets.
